Since your skin is the largest organ of the body, what you
put on the outside is equally important as what you allow on the inside. We offer
a variety of vegetable based complexion soaps, bath and shower soaps, or special soaps (for the kitchen, garden
or pets).
Our soaps are handmade using the cold process method in
small batches. They are all vegetable based and we DO NOT use fragrance oils or artificial dyes. We
DO use 100% essential oils and will incorporate as much as we can in a 2 pound batch without compromising the composition.
The qualities of a bar may be astringent, exfoliating, deodorizing,
antiseptic, medicinal or formulated with aromatherapy in mind. Some bars are smooth as silk
and some have more texture, but ALL of them have good lather and are really, really good for your skin as the process
retains all the glycerin which is a natural humectant (attracts moisture to your skin).
Besides the undeniable benefits that a cold process bar brings to your skin, fans love
the way a homemade bar feels in your hands. Natural, imperfect and REAL. We don't believe in making a perfectly
molded, precise, cookie cutter bar so we mix up the sizes to give you a choice. Some people prefer a huge, hefty
5 or 6 oz. chunk and others like a more modest 3.5 oz square. No two bars are exactly the same and that's the way we
like it. Uniquely crafted but with quality in mind.
We do carve away any lye residue and we will never sell you an inferior quality of crumbly
soap. Each bar is hand cut, cured, weighed and wrapped and we do our best to keep our soaps sanitary
before you purchase them.
